Entries must be received by 12/1/09. Neither Country Sampler nor its agencies are responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible or postage-due mail. All entries become the property of Country Sampler Group and none will be returned. The giveaway is open to U.S. and Canadian residents age 21 and older. Winner may be obligated to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity releases within 14 days of notification. In the event of noncompliance with this requirement, prize will be awarded to an alternate winner. If prize is returned to Country Sampler Group as undeliverable, it will be awarded to an alternate winner. Acceptance of a prize shall constitute and signify the winner’s agreement and consent that Country Sampler Group may use the winner’s name, address, likeness and/or prize information without limitation for promotional purposes without any further consideration or payment. Winner agrees that the prize is awarded upon the condition that Country Sampler Group and its respective agencies or employees shall have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize.
