Why do I get a code when I try to post photos?

A box opens and I get this code information; "HyperText Transfer Protocol". Can someone please tell me what to do next? Thank you

Hmm, works fine for me, but I'm using Firefox as my browser. I clicked the Attachments button; the associated window popped open.

 

I'm suspecting that it might have something to do with your internet settings, just don't know which one(s).
