We purchased our cart in our front yard this year at a moving sale... So this will be my first time decorating it for Christmas... fall decorating was easy... Any suggestions? Blessings Joyce

What about a couple small evergreen trees in pots with white twinkle lights~ you could always plant the trees later. And maybe you could decorate those trees with popcorn and cranberry garland~ orange cups filled with birdseed, and little ornaments cut out in various shapes of cardboard~ slathered with peanut butter and birdseed. Might be kind of cute.
I love the cart by the way... I am trying to work on a local dealer to come down on the price of one very similar!
Blessings,
Laura

Joyce ... I really love that cart! I think Laura's idea of putting a couple small evergreens in there with twinkle lights is a good one. It would be nice if you could put some big packages in there wrapped in Christmas paper or even fabric & add wide ribbon & bows but of course you're at the mercy of the weather : ( I'm afraid I'm coming up blank other than that : (
Laura, I really hope you can get that cart from the local dealer! That would be wonderful!
Blessings,
Shirlee

I too think Laura's idea is wonderful. If some of your pumpkins hold out you can spray paint them white and stack them to make a snowman. Also adding some wreaths with big bows and garland to the sides would be cute. Can't wait to see the pics of what you come up with.

Some Christmas trees with lights, and maybe a cute sign that says, "Christmas trees for sale". ~Dan~

Buy a small tree with a ball, so you can plant it in the yard after Christmas. Put it in the cart, add a grapevine wreath, presents, possibly a large outdoor santa!

There are some great ideas here! Love the cart! How about adding some twiggy deer in the front? I can see evergreen garland draped in a swag all the way around the outer edge of the cart with some berries tucked in. Love the idea of a live tree, then it could be planted in the Spring. You are very blessed to have found such a neat treasure! I had a thought, what if you placed an old looking ladder sorta leaned up next to the cart, if you made a Santa to sit in the cart, then his list could sorta drape over the side. Maybe a rabbit or some woodland critter could be on one of the rungs handing him the reins. Just my imagination going wild!

I love your cart! Can't wait to see what you come up with. I think the small evergreen trees with lights idea from Laura would look great. Maybe throw in a few candy canes or something like that.

What about wrapping some different sized boxes with burlap and red outdoor plastic or vinyl ribbon? I like the evergreen swag idea someone suggested along with the trees with twinkle lights too. Can't wait to see the pics of what you decide on!

I really like the ideal of wrapping different sizes of boxes. I did that one Christmas and used the plastic tablecloth. Factory card outlet has them for 1 dollar and in all colors. And you might think about putting a
christmas tree laying up against the side with a few lights on it or put a spot light on the cart. You could also drape some garland around the cart also. Well I will shut up I could go on and on.
