2010 COUNTRY SAMPLER EASTER EGG HUNT
No purchase necessary. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Limit one entry per household. To enter, find the 12 golden eggs hidden in the Craft Fair section, pages 72-141, of this issue. DO NOT INCLUDE any eggs pictured on the cover, in the table of contents, on the contest advertisement page or on the official entry card. Enter one of three ways: 1) Complete the entry card in this issue and mail; 2) Enter online at www.countrysamplermagazine.com/promotions; or 3) Print on a postcard the page numbers where you found the golden eggs along with your name, address, phone number and e-mail address and mail to: 2010 Country Sampler Easter Egg Hunt, c/o Country Sampler, Dept. EEH, PO Box 4127, St. Charles, IL 60174. No photocopies or mechanical reproductions will be accepted. Entries must be received by 4/2/10. Neither Country Sampler nor its agencies are responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible or postage-due mail. All entries become the property of Country Sampler Group, and none will be returned. The contest is open to everyone age 21 and older except employees of Country Sampler Group, Emmis Publishing LP, affiliated companies, agents, advertising/promotional suppliers and the immediate families of each. All applicable federal, state and local laws apply. Void where prohibited. Winners will be selected by a random drawing on or about 4/8/10 from all correct entries received, and winners will be notified by phone or mail. The drawing of winners will be conducted under the supervision of a third party (Palm Coast Data) whose decisions are final.Winners may be obligated to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity releases within 14 days of notification. In the event of noncompliance with this requirement, prize will be awarded to an alternate winner. If prize is returned to Country Sampler Group as undeliverable, it will be awarded to an alternate winner. Acceptance of a prize shall constitute and signify the winner’s agreement and consent that Country Sampler Group may use the winner’s name, address, likeness and/or prize information without limitation, for promotional purposes without any further consideration or payment. Winner agrees that the prize is awarded upon the condition that Country Sampler Group and its respective agencies or employees shall have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize.First prize (Gold) is one $1,000 shopping spree through the Craft Fair pages of the January 2010 through May 2010 issues of Country Sampler magazine. We will also award three second prizes (Silver) of Williraye Studio Brother and Sister Bunnies from Old Mill Originals, value $90 each set. And 10 third prizes (Bronze) of one-year, six-issue subscriptions to Country Sampler, value $19.96 each. Total estimated prize value: $1,469. Taxes and additional shipping charges of prizes are the responsibility of the winners. All prize values are based on shipping to continental U.S. destinations. Winners outside the continental U.S. will be responsible for incremental charges. Prizes are not transferable. Only one prize per household or address. No prize or cash substitutions allowed. Odds of winning depend on the number of correct entries received.
